Mohammed is the founder and managing partner of Nakudu Law Partners. He had his education at the prestigious Bishop Douglass College, UK as well as at the Southampton Solent University where he obtained his LLB Hons degree. In the course of his studies in the UK, Mohammed undertook several vocational trainings in legal studies, ranging from social engagement, public speaking, strategy development and several managerial skills. He also developed a unique interest in finance and corporate law practice.

Mohammed proceeded to obtain a Masters degree from the Hult International Business School where he obtained valuable training in both the English and Asian Corporate and Legal Jurisprudence and practice as well as in fundamentals of global businesses which knowledge has put him in good stead for all kinds of local and international transactions and corporate relations.

In addition to being a legal practitioner, Mohammed is an entrepreneur and managing director of several corporate entities which include: Porto golf hotels, Nakudu tannery, Nakudu Nigeria ltd, La sultana apartments, and La sultana sports and leisure center. He has pioneered several complex and challenging multi-billion business ventures across a wide range of sectors his roles including but not limited to the preparation of transactional documents, project finance and implementation, regulatory compliance and advice, financial and risk management, corporate governance amongst other involvements.
